CUSTOMER TERMS OF SERVICE
IV Elixirs ("IV Elixirs LV", "we", "us", "our") thank you for visiting our website (the "Site"). Per our terms of service, IV Elixirs is a Las Vegas ("Clark County") mobile service with certified nurses available to administer IV treatments in the comfort of your home or hotel room.
By accessing our site, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any other applicable law, whether or not you are a registered member. IV Elixir Terms of Service may be changed at any time by us without notice. Your continued use of the IV Elixirs website or enrollment as a monthly Elixir VIP member will be considered your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, immediately cancel your monthly Premium membership online or email us at info@ivelixirs.com.
All IV Treatments are non-refundable. We do not ship IV Treatments or drop off IV treatments; our staff must administer all IV Treatments.
IV ELIXIRS MEMBERSHIP
ELIXIRS VIP MEMBERSHIP INCLUDE:
Elixirs VIP is the name of our membership program. By joining the Elixirs VIP Membership program and becoming an Elixirs VIP member once a month, you will receive 20% off additional full-price visits + add-ons, 1 B12 injection, 1 IV Therapy Cocktail, and exclusive access to sales and events.
HOW OUR MONTHLY ELIXIRS VIP MEMBERSHIP WORKS
Upon enrollment in the Elixirs VIP Membership program, you can take advantage of your Elixirs VIP member perks. You will be charged $12O when you enroll in the Elixirs VIP Membership program and $120 every month until you cancel. You may cancel your Elixirs VIP Membership at any time by emailing us at info@ivelixirs.com. If you do not take advantage of your Elixirs VIP perks included in your monthly membership, you cannot transfer them to the following month or receive credit.
If you wish to cancel your Elixirs Membership, you may do so online by contacting us via email at info@ivelixirs.com. Elixirs Membership must be canceled by the 3rd of each month for a full refund. If you cancel after the 3rd of the month, your membership will remain active until the end of your billing period. We are available 8 AM to 5 PM (PDT), 7 days a week. There is no cancellation fee. Please be advised an account may only be canceled by the registered Elixirs VIP Member or the holder of the valid credit or debit card on file related to the account.

By joining the Elixirs Elite Membership program a, you will receive 25% off additional full-price visits + add-ons, 3 B12 injections, 2 IV Therapy Cocktail, and exclusive access to sales and events.
HOW OUR ANNUAL ELIXIRS ELITE MEMBERSHIP WORKS
Annual Elixirs Elite is a 12-month (1 year) membership, and your payment method will be charged the total amount of $1600 for that year's Membership when you purchase it. After the first year, your payment method will auto-renew on an annual basis of $1600 until you cancel. For example, if you joined the membership on January 1st, your membership will auto-renew on December 31st. To cancel your annual membership, please email us at info@ivelixirs.com.
By providing a payment method, you agree to accept responsibility for all charges until you cancel your Annual Elixirs Elite membership. If payment is declined, you must provide us with a new payment method, or your Elixirs Elite Membership benefits will be canceled. The annual Elixirs Elite Membership fee is non-refundable. If you do not take advantage of your Annual Elixirs Elite perks included in your membership, you cannot transfer them to the following month/year or receive credit.
PAYMENTS AND APPOINTMENTS / CANCELLATION
Payments. By scheduling an appointment with IV Elixirs, you agree to pay the IV treatment fee indicated at the time of booking.
Cancellation. We require 24hr advance notice to cancel scheduled appointments. If you do not provide a 24hr cancellation notice, you will be charged the full amount. Group appointments adhere to the same guidelines as single appointments. For example, if you book appointments for five (5) people, but two (2) people are not present and did not cancel within 24hrs, you will be charged full price for all five (5) services. MISSED APPOINTMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
ElIXIR VIP MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP AND ANNUAL ELIXIRS ELITE MEMBERSHIP RESTRICTIONS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your Elixirs VIP and Elixirs Elite membership without notice to you, at our sole discretion. You may not transfer, assign or allow others to use your Elixir VIP or Elixirs Elite membership or any membership benefits.
